About us

5 Things you should know about us

We handle the food and feed chain, from raw materials arriving from outside the EU to finished products moving on to their next destination.

Ideally situated between the ports of Antwerp, Rotterdam and Vlissingen. Our warehouse and office are next to the Antwerp port, which provides easy access to most European countries.

22.000 m² across three units, with sixteen individual cool rooms operating between +1 and +21 °C alongside ambient storage.

We have over 30 years of experience in Logistics, Forwarding, Customs, Cold Storage and Quality Control.

Our team consists of 25 enthusiastic employees, including our own customs brokers and a quality team. Independent Quality Control can be arranged on site.

Fully certified, licensed and recognised: FASFC approval, BRC, IFS Logistics, organic certification, a customs warehouse authorisation (“bonded warehouse”)and recognition by the Belgian Customs Authorities,by means of AEO certification.

Our Strengths

Official controls on site. Phytosanitary and veterinary inspections by the FASFC are carried out on our own premises. One movement less, and no waiting for a slot elsewhere.

Conditioned and ambient, one location. Sixteen cool rooms from +1 to +21 °C alongside ambient storage, across 20,000 m². Each consignment in its own regime, without leaving the site.

How it works

  • 01

    Documentation in advance: Documents are submitted ahead of arrival. Earlier submission reduces the risk of a consignment being held on arrival.

    Verification and correction: Documents are verified and any discrepancy corrected before arrival, while an amendment is still straightforward.

  • 03

    Shipping line and arrival: The shipping line is contacted on arrival and the handling sequence is initiated, so no time is lost between arrival and action.

    Customs and official controls: Customs formalities and FASFC (FAVV) inspection are carried out in house, at inspection centre or control point, without waiting for a slot at a third-party location.

  • 05

    01     Discharge or direct delivery: Consignments are placed into conditioned or ambient storage, or forwarded directly, without an intermediate movement.

  • 06

    Reloading and delivery: From arrival of the container through to reloading and delivery, with one team responsible throughout.
