Customs
At ID Partners, we take the hassle out of customs formalities by handling all necessary documentation on your behalf.
Our extensive experience covers every type of customs document, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
If you run into any problems, we are here to help.
Import - Export
Our team of seasoned customs brokers handles the complete preparation and follow-up of all customs formalities, including customs clearances, transit documents, and export documentation.
We also manage the follow-up of customs scans and physical inspections as part of our customs services. With our dedicated dockside shipping agent, we ensure swift and flexible processing of documents across various terminals.
Bonded warehouse
Our storage facilities are officially recognized as bonded warehouses, allowing your goods to be securely stored until they are either customs cleared or re-exported. We also streamline your import process through our VAT-warehouse services, where we act as your fiscal representative, making it easier for you to navigate complex regulations.
Inspection centre
In addition, ID Partners is proud to be recognized as the first point of entry into the European Community for inspections by the Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain (FASFC).
The Belgian Food Administration (FASFC) conducts daily on-site inspections of fruit and food imports at our facilities, ensuring compliance with the highest safety standards.
Fiscal representation
To import products like fruit, vegetables, meat, or fish into Belgium, a Belgian VAT number is required. If your company doesn’t have one, ID Partners can serve as your fiscal representative.
Please note: ID Partners can only act as a fiscal representative for companies with a valid, non-Belgian VAT number within the European Union, and the imported goods must not be intended for the Belgian market.
